I’m sharing my personal journey openly and honestly to offer encouragement and raise awareness:

Panic attacks aren’t always rooted solely in psychological causes. Often, hidden food intolerances like histamine intolerance or gluten sensitivity are the real triggers – just like in my case.

For 15 years, I lived with panic attacks. I tried countless approaches – and step by step, I found my way out of fear.

Today I know: there is another way. And that’s exactly what I want to share.

I created HiGluTrigger to show new paths to people experiencing panic attacks.

The book consists of three parts: personal stories, solid knowledge, and practical tools:

  1. Part – Biography: Authentic insights into my story – the struggles and the successes.
  2. Part – Guide: A comprehensive overview of the connection between panic attacks, gut health, the nervous system, and mental health – especially regarding histamine intolerance and gluten sensitivity.
  3. Part – Cookbook: The practical part includes an exclusive low-histamine and gluten-free food list, recipes, and a weekly meal plan to support your dietary transition.

COACHING & EXPERIENCE-BASED SUPPORT

Sometimes it’s difficult to find your was panic attacks, gluten sensitivity, or histamine intolerance ay through challenging issues such on your own. I offer compassionate guidance that combines professional coaching with my own personal experience.

In our sessions, I bring together practical coaching methods and my lived experience. I share strategies, everyday tools, and perspectives that have given me strength on my own journey. This creates a safe space where you feel understood, can speak openly about your concerns, and gradually build new strength and confidence.

My offer is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychotherapy. It is intended as complementary support – honest, approachable, and always on equal footing.

PROCESS & FEES:

  • Initial session (30–45 min): CHF 60.–
  • Follow-up sessions (approx. 60 min): CHF 120.–
