AUTHOR BIO
Sara Müller has had a diverse professional career. After studying architecture and working as an architect, she moved into business risk management and gained recognition as a speaker. She later founded Jobsharing-Consulting MS AG and published a well-received guide on job sharing. As an artist, she also exhibited her work nationally and internationally (www.sh-galerie.ch). She created the "mammaconnect" project to support mothers and reduce social isolation. Her guides include "Baby- Friendly Cafés Zurich" and "Rainy Day Indoor Activities for Toddlers."
Behind her success story, however, was a constant struggle – 15 years of panic attacks. Hoping to inspire others and raise awareness of the link between nutrition and mental health, she now shares her story online and in her book. She has built a social media community to foster connection and support. Sara lives with her family in the Zurich (Switzerland).
