About me

FROM FUNCTIONING TO TRUE QUALITY OF LIFE

I’m Sara Müller, living in Switzerland with my family. I’ve played many roles in my life: licensed architect (FH), speaker, entrepreneur, and senior business risk manager. I carried a lot of responsibility – at work, in my family, and for myself. But one thing overshadowed everything: panic attacks. Intense, unexpected, and seemingly out of nowhere – for over 15 years. I sought help, tried various therapies – but nothing brought lasting relief. I kept going, but I didn’t feel free inside.

MY TURNING POINT

Things changed when a doctor identified the real causes: histamine intolerance and gluten sensitivity.

For years, my symptoms – irritable bowel syndrome, allergies, asthma – and panic attacks were treated separately, without finding the root cause. A damaged gut (leaky gut syndrome) allowed harmful substances to enter my bloodstream, which disrupted my nervous system – leading to psychological effects like panic attacks.

Only with the diagnosis of histamine intolerance and gluten sensitivity did everything finally make sense. I had an explanation – and a path forward.

MY LIFE NOW: FREE FROM PANIC ATTACKS

Since switching to a low-histamine and gluten-free diet, I’ve been panic-free. What began as a shock became an opportunity – and changed my life for good.

FROM CRISIS TO VISION

I wanted to share my knowledge and help others find shortcuts on their journey. That’s how my book was born – a personal, practical guide for people with similar symptoms.

On social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), I openly share my experiences with panic attacks, nutrition, gut & mental health – honestly, practically, and with a growing community.
